She has been working in the field of dog training for almost a decade. She has worked in animal shelters and at a service dog training organization, as well as a veterinary behavior clinic. 
 
Kristen has a Bachelors degree in Canine Studies, and a Masters degree in Humane Education.
 
Her favorite part of her job is helping people to understand their dogs better so they can have a better relationship! Buddy and I can vouch for that first hand because Kristen worked with Buddy and I on Buddy's rehabilitation. She is extremely knowledgeable, knows how to help people and their dogs through tough challenges, and does so in a way that truly helps you better understand your dog.
